Tasks will be added to reinforce what we are working on when the snow day occurs.

On this snow day, ask a parent or older relative about the Halloween blizzard of 1991 or another powerful storm they experienced. Write a paragraph about their memory of that famous storm and how it affected them. 

You are going to preform a small science experiment. Remember our rubber band lab? Kind of like that, except this time, you are going to test sliding different objects across ice. I want you to graph how far each object slide. On your graph, your X axis should be the object you used, and the Y axis should be the distance it slide (don't forget units!). Write a paragraph explaining your experiment and your results. Why do you think some slid further than others??
